As a newly established property management company, we draw from extensive experience owning and operating a multi-family portfolio in Southwestern Ontario, specifically in Oxford County and Waterloo Region. Our portfolio includes duplexes to multi-plex apartment buildings, where we've gained first-hand insight into the complexities of property management.

Through our journey, we have worked with three different property management firms. Unfortunately, we found that none provided the level of service we expected or desired. Most property managers seemed to focus primarily on collecting rent, rather than providing the hands-on care that our buildings, tenants, and owners truly need. We realized that no one was taking the time to ensure the maintenance of the properties and the well-being of the tenants in a well-communicated environment, all while safeguarding the interests of the property owners.

In addition to traditional property management services, we are uniquely positioned to offer an integrated solution by leveraging our in-house construction capabilities or through our affiliation with trusted construction partners. This allows us to provide specialized services for property owners, including unit turnovers, renovation projects, unit and building rehabs, and general repairs and maintenance. We also plan to expand our capabilities by 2026 to include lawn care and snow removal services, ensuring that our clients receive a comprehensive and seamless property management experience.
